As you will have seen in the agenda, the poster sessions will take place during the lunch breaks at the conference. Please note that all poster presenters are required to stand by their poster(s) during the lunch break on October 23, 2025.
Presenters are responsible for mounting and dismounting their posters. You can put your poster up from 08:30 on Oct 23, 2025 stated above. Your poster must be in place by the start of the first coffee break at 11:00.
Presenters should take down their posters by the end of the symposium. If posters aren’t collected by the end of the symposium, they will be removed.
Posters must be in PORTRAIT format (NOT landscape).
Poster size: A0 - 84.1 cm (width) x 118.9 cm (length) or 33.11 inches (width) x 46.81 inches (length).
Please make sure your poster size fit within the frame.

All posters MUST be printed prior to the event and bring to the meeting.
There will be no printing facility at the conference venue.

2. The deadline to complete the presenting author change is August 31, 2025.
If you (or the presenting author) are not able to present this abstract at the conference, please let us know as soon as possible.
